More than 19.000 visitors attended the 9th Then and Now Vehicle Expo in Esztergom, along the Nagy-Danube Sétány at the Rugby Club Hotel event venue on 25-26 April 2026. Over the course of the two-day event, the heart of the city was once again brought to life, featuring a rich programme of vintage cars and motorcycles, the latest Suzuki models, family-friendly activities, live music performances, and interactive experiences.

On 25-26 April 2026, Esztergom comes alive again as the Then and Now Vehicle Expo is held for the ninth time in the heart of the city, on the Nagy Duna Sétány at the Rugby Club event area. This year's two-day event is all about vehicles once again, showcasing not only classic vintage cars and motorcycles, but also modern two- and four-wheeled vehicles.

Magyar Suzuki receives prestigious award for talent development programme

Magyar Suzuki Corporation has received a prestigious professional award at the Companies for the Future Award 2026 gala, organised by the Joint Venture Association (JVSZ). Suzuki Foundation supports young researchers with Japanese scholarship programme

Since 2006, the Suzuki Foundation has been providing research scholarships to young researchers at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), enabling participants to conduct scientific work in Japan for 6-12 months. The aim of the programme is to support high-quality engineering research and strengthen international knowledge sharing in fields such as electronics, electrotechnology, machine engineering and engineering informatics.

S-CROSS: Hungary’s most popular passenger car in 2025

The S-CROSS and Vitara, two models manufactured at Suzuki’s Esztergom factory, were among the three most popular models in Hungary based on new passenger car registration data for 2025. Last year, the majority of buyers opted for the S-CROSS. According to data from Datahouse, Magyar Suzuki maintained its leading position on the new passenger car market with 14.285 registered vehicles and a market share of 11,04 %. The third most popular model in the ranking was the Vitara. The Swift, as in 2024, was once again the winner in the B-segment.
