Research & Development and Innovation training program at Magyar Suzuki
In 2021, Magyar Suzuki Corporation provided many of its middle managers and engineers the opportunity to participate in an organized education on Research & Development and Innovation. The program, which has just ended now, was accompanied by a ceremony, where participants could receive their diplomas from the president of the National Office of Intellectual Property, Gyula Pomázi, and the managing director of Magyar Suzuki Corporation, Masato Atsumi.
Structure of the training program
In the period of May and June in 2021, Magyar Suzuki Corporation organized a training on Research & Development and Innovation in its Esztergom plant twice within the framework of a 3-day training program. It was intended for middle managers and engineers involved in the company’s R & D & I processes. During the training, the participants were able to get acquainted with the innovation concept system, the R & D qualification process carried out by the National Office of Intellectual Property, as well as the company’s innovation opportunities and the proper documentation of R & D & I activities.
Solemn award ceremony
At the end of the training program, participants of the education took over their certification from Gyula Pomázi, president of the National Office of Intellectual Property, and Masato Atsumi, managing director of Magyar Suzuki Corporation on an exclusive ceremony. Mr. Atsumi mentioned in his opening speech that “Innovative thinking has been characteristic of the activities of Magyar Suzuki Corporation from the very beginning. Under the leadership of Suzuki Motor Corporation, the work of our Hungarian colleagues highly contributes to our success and competitiveness. In order to preserve it, it is necessary to deepen the innovation mindset. With the R & D & I training that has just ended, our aim is for the professionals to manage the innovation concept system in a unified way.”
In connection with the transmission of the certifications, president Gyula Pomázi emphasized, that “It has always been important for us to establish and maintain good relations with companies like Suzuki. Therefore, we believe that a company striving for continuous development and innovation not only strengthens itself, but also makes the Hungarian economy more competitive.”
