All-new Jimny announced as top three finalist in two categories in 2019 World Car Awards

The all-new Jimny has now made it in the top three in both the Urban Car of the Year and World Car Design of the Year categories in the 2019 World Car Awards. By this, Suzuki is the only brand to make it into the finalists of the Urban Car category for three consecutive years.

The jury of the World Car Awards 2019, consisting of automotive journalists, listed the brand new Jimny among the three best urban cars and three most stylish cars of the year.

Following the successes of Ignis in 2017 and Swift in 2018 as the top three finalist in the World Urban Car Category, this year Jimny made it to the top three. Moreover, based on the first and second round of votes, Jimny stands on the podium not only in the best urban car category, but also in the category of the best design. Suzuki is the only brand to make it into the top three of the Urban Car category for three consecutive years, and it is the first time for Suzuki to place a model in the top three of World Car Design category.
