Juventus win 17th Puskás–Suzuki Cup
The Puskás-Suzuki Cup was held in Felcsút at the beginning of May, and our company has been a committed supporter from the very beginning. This year, the prestigious U17 football tournament was won by Juventus, after beating Budapest Honvéd 2–0 in the final.
Since its launch in 2008, the Puskás-Suzuki Cup has grown into one of Europe's most important youth tournaments, where every year the talented players of renowned international football clubs compete alongside the Puskás Academy and Budapest Honvéd. This year's field was enriched by Real Madrid of Spain, Sporting CP of Portugal, Juventus of Italy, KRC Genk of Belgium, Panathinaikos of Greece and Slavia Prague of the Czech Republic.
This year again, the matches produced close battles full of twists and turns, and in the end, Juventus won the first Puskás-Suzuki Cup in their history, with the bronze medal going to Slavia Prague, who came from behind to defeat Panathinaikos. The host team, Puskás Academy, finished in eighth place.
